Is Shipping to My Country Free?

We offer free worldwide delivery. Remote areas (e.g., Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may have additional fees.

This varies by country. Some are duty-free; others require customs clearance. We'll assist you.

Duty-Free:

USA, UK, EU, Russia, the UAE, and Australia.
Countries where customers need to pay import taxes:

Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, South America, South Africa, Israel, South Korea, and certain island countries.
Duty-Free in some Asian countries or regions:

Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia and Cambodia.
Restricted countries:

We do not ship to Islamic countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, etc.

1-3 business days to manufacture, plus 5-12 business days for shipment.
Custom dolls can take up to a month depending on customization.
Most delivered within 7-15 business days of tracking (excl. customs inspection).
Overseas warehouse products: typically 2-7 business days.

We prioritize your privacy. We use plain boxes with no identifiable branding. Confidentiality is assured.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your doll is ready to ship.
